Orders ship from our Chicago facility within 2 – 4 days from when the order was placed. Orders are shipped via USPS. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
We do our best to ensure that our products are packed to prevent damages. However, accidents happen and an order can sometimes arrive damaged. In the rare instance that your order arrives damaged, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order # and a photo of the damage and we will send you a replacement product right away.
We strive to create a product you love, but understand if you are not happy with your order. You may return or exchange candles within 5 days of receipt as long as they aren't burned.
